They patiently guided me through every step: how to collect my images; how to select appropriate music; and which background might work best for the theme I was looking for. The initial turnaround was super quick, far quicker than I thought it would be. They were very flexible - making a number of minor but tedious changes at the end to get the presentation perfect.  The end result was brilliant.
